2. Enquiry form
When available, the form processes your name, email, optional company, service selection and message for sending through Resend to hello@compersai.com in Google Workspace. Resend processes the message content and delivery metadata under its own retention policy. Notice acknowledgement is required before submission. Server validation, Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limits reduce abuse. If secure sending dependencies are unavailable, the form remains closed and offers an email link. Enquiries are not added to a CRM or automated sales outreach. Do not submit sensitive information.
3. Email enquiries
If you choose an email link, your email app opens. Sending is your choice. Messages to hello@, sales@, support@, privacy@ and billing@compersai.com are handled through Google Workspace to respond to your request. These are role aliases, not separate storage locations. Mailbox retention, the applicable legal basis and any international transfer arrangements must be finalised by the operator; no fixed deletion period is promised here.
4. Hosting and preferences
Cloudflare serves this site and may process IP addresses, request metadata and security data. Active-form audit records contain only a random reference, status, notice version and timestamps, not form content, names or email addresses. Rate-limit keys use a daily, secret-key-derived IP digest. Counters become eligible for deletion after 20 minutes and audit records after 30 days, with cleanup on the next form request; infrastructure backups and provider logs follow separate policies. Your theme is stored in your browser. There are no advertising or analytics trackers.

For access, correction or deletion requests, contact privacy@compersai.com. Mailbox messages are processed through Google Workspace; a fixed automatic mailbox deletion period has not been configured. Legal basis, international transfers, operator identity and jurisdiction-specific rights await operator review. This notice is not a certification of legal compliance.
